The Stamp Studio

I am taking a break from my travel posts and talk about my addiction nowadays. Before you react, this is not a bad addiction, in fact, this is a very useful addiction!

My friend introduced me to his sister’s newest venture, The Stamp Studio.

And right now, I already have 4 stamps. 1 for the whole family and 1 each for me and my daughters. I think I will be adding more to these as I want to have something cutesy and with a character as well. I told you, #addicted!

For sure, once you see their designs, you will be clamoring to order too! The best thing is that they can personalize your stamp to your heart’s content!

See the samples and get excited!

The stamps differ in sizes, here’s your guide:

I know, the price is important, but you need not worry, the stamps are affordable and will not break your pockets!

So what are you waiting for? Click that link and start ordering!

Subic = Shopping

Being in Subic reminds me of so many memories especially during my childhood. It is just so sad that it’s not as it’s used to be now. When we were there last weekend, it looked a little like ghost town in some parts, not much people to be seen in the streets. The shopping centers are so old and very not well maintained anymore. It even looked dirty in some. The other shops literally didn’t have customers and even the personnel were just standing waiting for their closing time.

Since there is a newly built Ayala Mall now by the name of Harbor Point, maybe some businesses will follow. So that Subic will be back to how it’s used to be.

Here are our visits to the duty free shops and outlets inside Subic Bay.

1) Royal Duty Free Subic (old one)

2) Royal Duty Free (new one)

Same stuff being sold only the place is newly built – meaning cleaner surroundings.

3) Freeport Exchange

This place looks terrible now. It boasts of being the 1st duty free store, but it doesn’t make an impact at all.

4) Puregold Duty Free

5) Adidas

6) Nike Factory Store

I think there is still hope for Subic because it is still one of the nearest places to go to outside Metro Manila aside from the very crowded Tagaytay. People are still flocking, just not that many. I like that it isn’t that crowded but I hope the malls are kept nicely.

The prices are still competitive and some items are not found anywhere else.

Let us bring hope to Subic Bay, so our kids can experience what we experienced. Before there were Landers and S&Rs, there were Royal Duty Free, Puregold and Freeport Exchange.

Stay tuned for more of our Subic adventure!
