Day 8 – November 14, 2019 – Goal is 2 miles. Do 2 Miles from the 4 Mile Power Walk Workout
Day 9 – November 15, 2019 – Goal is 1 Mile. Do Fast Walk from the Tone Every Zone Workout
Day 10 – November 16, 2019 – Goal os 3 Miles. Do a 3 Mile Walk from the 5K with a Twist Workout – a 5K is 3.1 Miles.
Day 11 – November 17, 2019 – Goal is 1 Mile. Do Walk Off Fat Fast Workout.
Day 12 – November 18, 2019 – Goal is 4 Miles!!! Do 4 Miracle Miles!
Day 13 – November 19, 2019 – Goal is 1 Mile. Do 1 Mile Walk Party.
Day 14 – November 20, 2019 – Goal is 3 Miles! Do 3 Miles from the Walking Off the Pounds Workout.
